Last year when Howard Dean was on political campaign he created the ever famous "Dean Scream". Enthusiastic and cheerful he rallied his followers out of excitement for coming third in Iowa. This apparently meant a lot to him after he spastically shouted BYAH! at the end of his epic rant.
